A song-cycle composed in 2017 and 2018. This recording of the five songs of cycle was made in Grusin Music Hall for the purpose of submitting to the 2019 NATS Art Song Competition, in which it placed as a finalist. Abigail Nims, mezzo-soprano and Mutsumi Moteki, piano are the performers here and later gave the song cycle’s world premier in February of 2019.
